Stephanie Blackman is the right move!
Stephanie’s background as a South Shore real estate agent boasts nearly twenty years of experience with numerous closings. She is well aware of the current market and all that surrounding towns have to offer. Her diligence, hard-work, accurate market analyses, and diverse marketing plan, in combination with the many benefits that Jack Conway & Co., Inc. REALTORS® provides, are key to helping clients, friends, and family with their housing needs.
In addition to selling real estate, throughout the years, Stephanie has offered a number of real estate related courses through Whitman-Hanson’s Main Street Extension. These courses have included topics such as Getting Your House Sold, The Second-Time Home Buyer Seminar, and the 55+ Adult Communities Tour. It is her strong belief in the importance of education that has prompted this educator and life-long learner to create these courses.
Jack Conway in Abington is centrally located on the South Shore and services a wide variety of cities and towns – from Quincy to Carver and Marshfield to Mansfield. The South Shore has always been home, and Stephanie is more than comfortable introducing people to properties on the South Shore, the area she so loves.
Stephanie grew up in Hanson and has lived in Whitman since 1999. She is happily married to husband Chris and enjoys spending time with her two sons, Christopher and Nicholas and their many pets.
Because home is such an important place to Stephanie, she believes in helping her clients make the right move. How long have you lived in your area? My entire life
Are you involved in your community? I work with Whitman Youth Soccer, and I am also actively involved with an organization in my church, The Sodality of Our Lady; I have also been active in the PTO and the School Improvement Committee over the past ten or so years.
What would you say sets you apart? I care – not about the paycheck, although that’s always nice to get – about the people who I work with. Seeing them happy is the best reward.
I would say that my first
specialty is working with people in whatever real estate capacity they need.
I’m service-oriented, and my goal is to help people find their forever home
rather than shoehorn them into something that isn’t the right fit.
Another area where I focus is working with “second time” home-buyers. One of the issues that I noticed when I began working in the real estate industry is that most people are unfamiliar with exactly what is involved in buying and selling. As a result, I allied myself with a group of four other experts – a home inspector, a professional organizer, a designer, and a mortgage broker. Together we taught a second time home buyer seminar where the overall goal was to help guide home owners through the selling and buying process.
My third specialty is pricing. Whether selling your home or ensuring the right sales price on a property you intend to buy, it is my firm resolve to provide a thorough market analysis, including all of the little details that may influence price. Service does not, however, stop there.
Fourth, as a pet owner myself, keeping people’s pets safe is a priority. I accompany showings where pets are kept indoors, ensuring their safety and my clients’ peace of mind.
